Provisions That Apply to All Products and Services Workbenches.com Does Not Warrant
Workbenches.com warrants that all products it sells are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the full duration of the stated warranty period—regardless of how many shifts they’re used. This warranty applies to products purchased and used within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Workbenches.com operates from 5900 Balcones Drive #24081, Austin, TX 78731, USA.
During the applicable warranty period, Workbenches.com’s sole obligation is to repair or replace (at its option) any product, part, or component covered by this warranty that fails under normal use due to a defect in material or workmanship. Replacements will be made using comparable products, parts, or components.
The labor-included portion of the warranty applies only to work performed by Workbenches.com employees, contractors, or authorized vendors, and is contingent upon a mutually agreed service plan and reasonable access provided by the client. Labor coverage cannot be extended to clients who do not provide adequate access to the warranted product.
This warranty covers only the original purchaser who buys new products directly from Workbenches.com or through an authorized reseller. To remain eligible, products must be installed, used, and maintained according to Workbenches.com’s official guidelines and must not be misused or altered. Unauthorized modifications void all warranty coverage. Additionally, this warranty does not extend to performance issues resulting from use with non-Workbenches.com components.
The warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Natural variations in wood grain, figure, or character marks.
- Scratches, character marks, weld marks, weld splatter, or similar imperfections visible through transparent or translucent metal finishes such as clear powder coatings.
- Surface changes due to aging, exposure to light, humidity extremes, corrosive environments, extreme temperatures, or fire.
- Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather or other natural materials.
- Veins, voids, fissures, bubbles, or cracks in stone, or marks or bubbles in epoxy products.
Additionally, Workbenches.com does not warrant:
- Defects or failure resulting from normal wear and tear.
- The matching of color, grain, or texture in natural materials.
- The colorfastness or precise color matching of textiles or laminates, including comparisons to cuttings, swatches, or samples.
- Customer’s Own Material (COM) or other client-supplied items, which are tested only for manufacturing compatibility and not warranted.
- Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions or stored improperly.
- Claims resulting from clients using third-party carriers. Workbenches.com strongly advises against using customer-arranged shipping.
Note:
Any shipping damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery in order to qualify for a valid warranty claim.
Workbenches.com products are designed to meet applicable national and local code requirements as published in official product documents.
